The Aaron Baker for Congress campaign is committed to maintaining the personal information you provide to us. Your data is secure with us and we will not share or sell it with third parties for marketing and promotional purposes. Additionally, all the categories of personal data mentioned above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. If you volunteer with the campaign, your information will be shared with only those directly responsible for contacting you.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Aaron4FL6 provides SMS mobile messaging, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not wish to continue participating in messaging or no longer agree to these Terms, you can reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out.

We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For additional information regarding the use of information collected in connection with the Program, please refer to the Privacy Policy above. Message frequency varies. To cancel your SMS subscriptions, text STOP in reply to any text message you receive. You will receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.
